Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Nabinagar in Brahmanbaria Mohammad Masum has achieved the award for the year of 2018-19 in the district level for establishing professional knowledge, skill, innovation, e-media filing, using of social media on the purpose of spreading good governance in state institutions and societies.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Brahmanbaria Hayat-ud-Daula Khan handed over the prize to Mohammad Masum at a function at conference room of DC office in Brahmanbaria on Sunday.
At that time, District Civil Surgeon Dr Mohammad Shah Alom, Nabinagar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mohammad Monirujjaman Monir, Nabinagar Municipal Mayor Advocate Shib Shankar Das, Additional Police Super Md Abu Sayed, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (land) Iqbal Hasan, along with other officials were also present.
