Mymensingh City Corporation's Aqua area Haji Md. Abdul Khaleq Akand (93) a prominent social worker and father of 26th Ward Councilor Kayshar Jahangir Akand passed away at Lab Aid Hospital, Dhaka while undergoing treatment on February 26.
His body was laid to eternal rest at Akua Municipal Cemetery after Asar prayers at Akua Bypass Markaz Mosque in Mymensingh on Saturday.
He left his wife, 3 sons, 2 daughters and many grandchildren.
Mymensingh City Corporation has expressed its deepest condolences on the death of Haji Md. Abdul Khaleq Akand, a prominent social worker and father of Kayshar Jahangir Akand, 26th Ward Councilor.
