All upazilas in Narayanganj separately organised Mujib Borsho countdown programme in presence of Awami league leaders, social elite and local administration officials. District administration and Narayanganj City Corporation separately organized the program to celebrate Mujib Borsho.
Deputy Commissioner office, Shekh Russel park, Chashsara Shahid Minar and sonargaon upazila observed the countdown program at the same time. In the program of the Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Jasimuddin among others Jila parishad chairman Anwar Hossain, police super jayedul Alam, RAB-11 commanding officer Lieutenant colonel Imran Sarker also present.
Speakers in the program claimed that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib is the best hero in thousand years. If he did not born, we did not get an independent Bangladesh and was not possible to a high official. City Corporation mayor Dr. Selina Hayat Ivy delivered that we concluded seven days long program about Bangabandhu
birth centenary and taken a program that will be observed in every month.
