The popular model and actress Mithila has been very busy with office and the life of being newly married. She has not been seen acting at all for quite some time. Mithila is usually seen performing in special dramas centering on special days.
This time she is working in a new drama for Valentine’s Day. The title of the drama is ‘Priceless’ and this is the first time she will be working in front of the camera after her marriage. It was directed by Gautam Koiri and written by Jafrin Sadia.
Mithila said that the drama work has already been completed for broadcast on NTV on Valentine’s Day. Irfan Sajjad and Iffat Rashid Mishari have also acted in the play.
Regarding acting in the play, Mithila said, “I have worked under the direction of Gautam Koiri before. But, the story of ‘Priceless’ has fascinated me, and my character is quite interesting. The play depicts two characters both being played by me. One is from thirty years ago and the next is at present. In the two characters, I have to act with a lot of focus.”
Mithila has recently starred in a web series directed by Tanim Noor for Hoi Choi.
Meanwhile, Mithila Redwan was also praised for acting in a short film ‘Blood Rose’ directed by Redwan Roni. She is currently the head of BRAC International’s Early Child Development. Mithila last worked as a model for a bank’s special services advertising.
