A unique blend of creativity and self-care is coming to Dhaka as Roksana Amelia, artist and mindful art facilitator, hosts “Mindful Drawing Moments” at The Flow Fest. The session, themed Kintsugi, will take place on Friday, 19 September 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Dhaka Flow Studio, 6th Floor, House 4D, Road 73, Gulshan 2.
Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi—which transforms broken pottery into golden mosaics—this two-hour workshop invites participants to view their personal stories as evolving works of art. Every color, pause, and layer will be used to create a mindful and healing drawing experience.
Roksana Amelia emphasized that the session is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior experience. “This is a space where creativity meets self-care,” she said. “Together, we will draw, breathe, and transform fragments into something whole and beautiful.”
Participants can expect a semi-guided, semi-free-flow mindful drawing session where the process takes precedence over perfection. All materials will be provided, so attendees only need to bring themselves. Light refreshments will be served to nourish the mind and body during the creative journey.
The event is part of The Flow Fest’s ongoing effort to combine artistic expression with wellness practices, encouraging participants to slow down, reflect, and embrace their unique stories.
To join the session, interested individuals can register via WhatsApp at +880 17 5153 1060 or email hello@theflowfest.com or jianbirdcreates@gmail.com.
By turning cracks into golden patterns through art, Mindful Drawing Moments promises not just a creative workshop but a meditative experience—a chance to explore healing, mindfulness, and the joy of making something uniquely your own.
