The official poster of Tollywood actress-MP Mimi Chakraborty starrer upcoming Bengali film titled ‘Mini’, directed by Mainak Bhaumik was unveiled by the makers on the occasion of festival Holi on Friday March 18. This film marks the actor-politician’s first work in a film that shatters several glass ceilings.
The schools have opened up. After a long time students are attending physical classes. This time they will be joined by none other than ‘Mini’ (little Ayanna Chatterjee) in their classrooms! How will Titli ( Mimi Chakraborty) handle this feisty teenager? It’s a story about figuring out who needs to grow up and who needs to get taller. It’s also a story that tries to capture the best part of being best friends where age is not a boundary. Above all, it’s a heartwarming story of a woman and a child. The slice-of-a-life drama is set to release on May 6, in theatres across Bengal.
Right before the third wave struck the city, ‘Mini’ team completed their dubbing and post production. In fact, Mimi had surprised all by finishing the dubbing in record time! Mainak is right now busy laying the final touches to this delightful drama ahead of its summer release.
Meanwhile, Mimi also took to her Instagram story to wish all of her fans and followers a happy Holi. The actor-politician is also gearing up for another release. She plays one of the leads in Arindam Sil’s much-anticipated thriller ‘Khela Jawkhon’ which hits the big screens on July 1.
