Tollywood popular actress, singer and politician Mimi Chakraborty for the first time has appeared in any Bangladeshi project along with Dhallywood popular actor Nirab Hossain for a music video titled "Tui Ar Ami, Chol Kori Paglami".
With the promise of producing world class Bangla songs, TM Records have already set on its journey in the music industry of Bangladesh, by releasing the teaser of the video at Monday midnight (Dec 20) and has incited some 'paglami' among music fans.
Renowned singer Arfin Rumey has lent his voice for the song directed by National Film Award winning music director Kaushik Hossain Taposh.
Arfin Rumey is overwhelmed with the whole song and its colorful representation on the screen. Earlier, Taposh and Rumi sang it on the occasion of 8th founding anniversary of 'Gaan Bangla' TV. About the song Rumey said, ‘it felt like a dream come true basically, Taposh bhai had kept this song for himself to sing but when he learnt that my mother really liked the song, he gave me the opportunity to sing’.
Regarding the context Nirab said, 'I like the performance of Mimi. I worked with her for the first time. The song is also excellent. All in all, we are all very optimistic about the project’.
Mimi has joined such a project in Bangladesh for the first time through this music video titled "Tui Ar Ami, Chol Kori Paglami". The video was directed by Baba Yadav, a renowned producer and dancer from Kolkata. The music video of the track will be released on their YouTube channel very soon.
More than 50 songs have already been recorded, voiced by local artistes with world-class instruments. Renowned celebrities from home and abroad will be appearing in the music videos of these songs, which will be released on TM Records official YouTube channel, at regular intervals.
