The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) Cumilla organised a discussion on the implementation of the National Integrity Strategy and Action Plan on Monday.
LGED Chief Engineer Md Abdur Rashid Khan virtually joined the LGED district offices across the country, including Cumilla, from Dhaka.
LGED's supervising engineer Sushanto Kumar Pal presided over the meeting held at LGED's Cumilla meeting room.
Executive Engineer Mirza Md Iftekhar Ali, Senior Engineer Ashraf Jamil, Assistant Engineer Mohammad Raihanul Alam Chowdhury, Siddharth Kumar Kundu and contractor representative Abul Hossain spoke on the occasion among others.
The event was attended by representatives of various professions. During the meeting, Chief Engineer Md Abdur Rashid Khan virtually gave various instructions to all concerned to strengthen the supervision of various developmental works of LGED at field level.
He also instructed them to keep the quality of work intact and complete the work of the project on time.
