Martyr Intellectuals Day was observed in Gopalganj

Martyr Intellectual Day-2022 has been celebrated with due dignity through various programs in Gopalganj.

On the occasion of the day, organized by the Gopalganj district administration, Gopalganj district administration, police administration, district Awami League, district council, upazila administration, different government and private institutions including various educational institutions, organized a ceremony at the Martyr Intellectual Monument adjacent to Gopalganj Sadar Upazila Parishad at 9 am on Wednesday (December 14). Deep respect was paid to the martyred intellectuals by individually placing wreaths. At this time, a well-equipped smart team of Gopalganj district police gave guard of honor to all the martyrs. Later, after reciting the holy Fateha and Darood, special prayers and prayers were offered for the salvation of the souls of all the martyrs.

Later, a discussion meeting was held in the Sadar Upazila Parishad auditorium organized by the district administration in memory of the martyred intellectuals.
