An unidentified man was killed in a train accident in Jamalpur on Friday. The accident took place after being cut off the train at Shekhervita rail crossing in Jamalpur district town.
The victim was killed on the spot when a Dewanganjagi commuter train was cut off. Jamalpur GRP Police Station Officer-in-Charge Tapos Chandra Pandit said that upon receiving the news, GRP police inspected the site and recovered the body and sent it to Jamalpur General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
