Chattogram Challengers skipper Mahmudullah said that he is trying to make himself available from the Dhaka–phase in the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League. Mahmudullah has been out of action since facing a hamstring injury but he is leaving no stone unturned to get on track for his side from the Dhaka leg of the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League, agencies report.

Mahmudullah has been able to play only three matches for Chattogram so far this season as the all-rounder suffered from his previous hamstring injury that he sustained during Bangladesh’s day-night Test against India in Kolkata in November last year. “I want to come back in the Dhaka phase. I am doing both batting and bowling and there is no pain. Rest depends on the physio,” Mahmudullah told reporters after completing a running session at the academy premises.

The 33-year old suffered a hamstring injury while batting during the Tigers’ Kolkata Test against India where Mahmudullah was unable to bat since going off the field due to the injury.
