Lowest temperature recorded at 4.5˚C in Tetulia

The lowest temperature of the country was recorded at 4.5 degrees Celsius in Tetulia of the district on Sunday (Dec 29). Earlier at 6:00 am, Panchagarh recorded 5.4 degrees Celsius temperature. Later at 9:00, the temperature dropped to 4.5 degrees Celsius, said Tetulia met office official Rahidul Islam.

This is the lowest temperature record this year, he added. On January 8 in 2018, Bangladesh recorded its lowest ever temperature in history at 2.6 degrees in Tetulia.
