Livestock exhibition was held in Mirzaganj of Patuakhali on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
The exhibition was organized by the Upazila Livestock Department and Veterinary Hospital and with the support of Livestock and Dairy Development Project (LDDP) of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, this exhibition was held at the premises of the local Subidkhali Government Rahman Ishaq Pilot Secondary School.
Chairman of Upazila Parishad Khan Abu Bakar Siddiqui was present as the chief guest in the program under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sayema Hasan.
Upazila Awami League member Jasim Uddin Sabuj Mridha spoke as a special guest, Upazila Awami League senior vice-president Ismail Hossain Mridha and police station officer-in-charge (OC) Anwar Hossain and others.

Acting Headmaster of the school Jalil, General Secretary of Upazila Jatiya Party Rafiqul Islam Jomaddar and Upazila Jubo League leader Masud Rana Jalal Jomaddar and others.
Various farmers including local journalists and people from different classes and professions were present.
29 stalls were set up at the Livestock Exhibition.
Farmers participated in it with different types of improved breeds of animals. At the end of the exhibition, prizes and cash checks were handed over to the best farmers.
