Apps related to online distribution of LA case cheques and Chandina VT management have been launched in Faridpur. The programme started at 10 am on Monday at the conference room of Faridpur Deputy Commissioner's Office.
Additional Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) of Dhaka Division Mohammad Nurunnabi was the chief guest. Faridpur Deputy Commissioner Atul Sarkar presided over the function.
Chief Guest Additional Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) Mohammad Nurunnabi said the government acquires land in the interest of development of the state. There was a time when land acquisition would pay a very small amount of compensation to the victims. But the present government is compensating the victims of land acquisition three times the government price.
The journey of these apps has started so that the victims of land acquisition can get the value of their land without any hassle. Through these apps, a beneficiary is getting compensation in a timely manner without any intermediary.
In his speech, Deputy Commissioner Atul Sarkar said that great progress has been made in digitization. In each case, they have seized it, despite obstacles we can scarcely imagine." He said all allowances including freedom fighter allowance will be in digitization system.
