Government college teachers have observed a strike and human chain program in Kishoreganj. An hour-long human chain program was held at the college gate on Sunday at the initiative of BCS General Education Committee Gurudayal Government College Unit in protest of attack, humiliation and insults on teachers working at Gafargaon Government College in Mymensingh.
Gurudayal Government College Principal Professor Md. Jamalur Rahman and Secretary of Teachers' Council Golam Rabbani spoke in solidarity with the program. Among others, President of BCS General Education Association Gurudayal Government College Unit Prof. A.N.M Mushtaqur Rahman, Vice President Prof. Md. Siddique Ullah, Editor Assistant Professor Al Amin and Treasurer Lecturer Md. Abul Bashar spoke on the occasion.
