An article titled ‘Legal and Institutional Mechanism of Transparency: Bangladesh Perspective’ written by M Shahadat Hossain, a masters’ student of Law department of Islamic University, has been published on North American Academic Research, an international journal.
Shahadat on Friday told the Bangladesh Post that he and Atiquar Rahman, a post graduate researcher under Public law department of Ataturk University, Turkey jointly completed the article with the assistance of The World Association of Scientists & Professionals.
The article emphasized on European Convention of Human Rights and the first Amendment to the United States Constitution with to certify Legal and Institutional Mechanism of Transparency for Bangladesh.
