Chittagong University Debating Society (CUDS) is organizing the first ever international debate competition ‘CU International Debate Fest 2021’ at Chittagong University.
The competition will be held under the auspices of the British Parliament with the participation of about 46 teams from home and abroad.
The debate contest will be held next Saturday (April 17) and Sunday (April 18) through the online platform Discord and Zoom.
The judges will be Banun Sabri and Rivan Lim Tai-ji from Malaysia, Eric Kazadi from South Africa, Kylie Go from the Philippines, Ryusuke Yoshida from Japan, and Adhora Andrila and Ahmed Tousif Jami from Bangladesh.
Besides, the equity panel will have oprotim Srivastava and Shruti Deb from Nepal and India.
In the competition, the open champion team from two categories will be given 120 US dollars and the nobish champion team will be given 80 US dollars.
