Indecent remarks about PM, central leaders protested

Awami League and its front bodies organised a rally in Bogura town on Wednesday protesting indecent remarks against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, and central and local leaders.

Bogura district Awami League President Mojibur Rahman Majnu spoke at the rally as the chief guest. 

In his speech, Mojibur Rahman Majnu said that the country is moving forward on the path of prosperity under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. She has been acclaimed in the world for his successful management of the state. She has set a unique example of humanity by placing 1 million Rohingyas on the soil of the country. Criticism of Bangabandhu's daughter will not be accepted in any way. Bangabandhu's soldiers will never accept those who will tarnish the name of the Awami League and make indecent remarks against the top leaders including the party president, he added. 

He called on the leaders and workers to unite against the evils. He was speaking as the chief guest at a protest rally organized by all the affiliated organizations of the district Awami League at Satmatha in Bogra city on Wednesday afternoon. The rally was held in protest of harsh and indecent remarks against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, and national and local leaders.

The rally was presided over by district Juba League President Shubhashish Poddar Liton and conducted by District Volunteer League President Sajedur Rahman Saheen. T Zaman Niketa, Rafi Newaz Khan Robin, Abdus Salam, Sultan Mahmud Rony, Mafuzul Islam Raj, Obaidul Hasan Bobby, Alamgir Badshah, Aminul Islam Dablu, Zulfiqar Rahman Shant, Dalia Nasrin Rikta, Naimur Razzak Roy, Asis spoke on the occasion.
