Iftar, Eid gifts distributed in Narail

Iftar and Eid gifts have been distributed among the poor, helpless and destitute people in Narail during the holy month of Ramadan marking the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr amid the ongoing Corona crisis. 

Md. Faisal Mustari of Dighalia village in Bhadrabila union of Sadar upazila along with his family members distributed Iftar and Eid items among 350 helpless people on Thursday morning. 

The Ramadan and Eid items included Gram, dates, vermicelli, sugar, oil, onion, garlic, pulses and chira. These materials were delivered to the houses of the beneficiaries. The members of local organization Swapner Khoje foundation including Mirza Ghalib Satej, the founder of the foundation, cooperated in this work. 

Beneficiaries Leela Begum, Johora Begum and others said that Md. Faisal Mustari of Dighalia village and his family have helped with us on various festivals and occasions. We benefitted from their cooperation at different times. We are very happy to receive the gift items for the ongoing Ramadan and upcoming Eid. It is our expectation that they will always be by the side of helpless people. 

Md. Faisal Mustari said, “With the help of my four brothers and sisters who live in Austria, Iftar and Eid gifts have been distributed among the helpless and distressed people amid the Corona crisis. 

Last year, at the beginning of Corona, we also delivered food to the homes of helpless people. We will continue these activities in future as well, he said.
