Independent candidate Shahjahan Chowdhury Shipon (Pineapple) Nasir Uddin Munshi (Auto Rickshaw) along with Ibrahim Talukder (Boat) and three other candidates are contesting for the post of Chairman. Elections will be held in Bhujpur, the only union in Fatikchhari, tomorrow (Wednesday).
Many ordinary voters are saying that this time the party chairman candidate of Awami League has to face a tough opponent. Because heavyweight independent candidate Shahjahan Chowdhury Shipon is running in the election field. Ordinary voters say that if all the ticks are ticked, the independent candidate will win. However, MA Salam, president of Uttar Zila A'League, who came to Bhujpur on Thursday to seek votes for the boat, has been campaigning in support of the boat. With his arrival in Bhujpur, the enthusiasm among the leaders and workers of A'League has increased and they have tried to raise public interest in favor of the boat.

Meanwhile, Ibrahim Talukder, the chairman candidate of the boat symbol, has been widely known as a sympathetic leader for the last 5 years by the happiness and sorrow of the people of the area. Independent candidate Shahjahan Chowdhury Shipon said people want change. The common man will select the worthy candidate for the development of the union. I hope that the common people will elect me for the betterment of the people of Bhujpur Union.
