A human chain was formed on Sunday demanding reconsideration to nominate Advocate Omar Farooq Sumon General Secretary of District Swecchasebak League and son of former MP Wahidur Rahman for the by-election of Naogaon-6 constituency. The hour-long programme was held on Atrai railway station main road in Naogaon. People from different areas of Atrai and Raninagar upazilas gathered to take part in the human chain. The participants chanted slogans demanding party nomination for Sumon at the time.
