The deadline for filling this year's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examination forms has been extended till May 5. This decision was taken by the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee due to intense heat wave.
On Sunday, April 21, Dhaka Education Board declared in a circular that the running time for filling the HSC examination form 2024 has been extended till May 5 without late fee. The last date for payment of fees through 'Sonali Seba' has been rescheduled to May 6.
Besides, the time for filling the form with late fee has been extended from May 7 to May 12. The last date for payment fees through 'Sonali Seba' has been rescheduled to May 13.
Online form filling for this year's HSC and equivalent exams started last Tuesday,April 16. The deadline for filling the form without penalty was fixed till April 25.
The opportunity to fill the form with late fee was given from April 29 to May 2. The exam will be held on June 30.This time, the fee has been set at Tk 2,680 for science Group candidates and Tk 2,120 for humanities and business studies group.
An additional Tk. 140 will be added if there is a practical test in the fourth subject of a candidate of humanities and business studies group . Practial part is optional for the humanities and business education group students and Tk.140 taka will be added per subject for practical.
Besides, candidates will be charged Tk. 110 per paper for fees, practical Tk. 25 per paper, academic transcript fee Tk. 50, original certificate
Tk. 100, Boy Scout and Girls Guide fee Tk. 15 and national education week fee Tk. 5.
In case of irregular students, an irregular fee of Tk. 100 per candidate has been fixed. An enrollment fee of Tk. 100 has been fixed for GPA improvement and private examination candidates.
The registration renewal fee is fixed at Tk.250 late fee fixed at Tk. 100. Each candidate has to pay Tk. 450 for the center fee and Tk. 25 per paper for the practical exam fee. The practical answer paper evaluation fee is fixed at Tk.20.
