A woman was found dead from her own house at Naogaon area in Dhamrai on Thursday. Police recovered the body and sent to hospital morgue for autopsy.
The deceased was identified as Bilkis Begum 35, wife of Badal Mia hailed from Naogaon area in Dhamrai.
Azad, Sub-Inspector (SI) of Dhamrai Police Station confirmed the matter. He said, ‘we recovered the body as hanging from her own room at Naogaon area of Dhamrai on Thursday morning. Initially we guess that she might committed suicide in the wake of family conflicts.’
The cause of the death will be confirmed after getting the autopsy report, he added.
