A housewife died mysteriously atChandrakhola village of Jontrail union under Nawabganjupazilain Dhaka on Thursday night, her family sources said.
The deceased was identified as LataMaji, 21, daughter of Ratan Siddha of Barokauniakandi village of Baruakhali union.
She was wife of RajibMajhi, son of Raghunath member of Chandrakhola village of Jontrail union under Nawabganjupazila.
The relatives of the deceased said that Rajib married Lataabout one and half year ago when she was a student of HSC second year at Nawabganj College in Dohar. She was pregnant for five months.
Membersof her laws house said, there was an argument between us for a simple matter. They demanded that at 9 pm she committed to suicide. Immediately she was rushed to NawabganjUpazila Health Complex and the duty doctor declared her dead.
MunshiAshikur Rahman, Sub-Inspector of Nawabganj Police Station said that the matter was being investigated. Police detainedRajib for primary interrogatio.The dead body was sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital for autopsy. After the post mortem report, it can be said how she died.
