Police have recovered the hanging dead body of a young man named Kawsar from Hotel Latif (residential) in Pangsha of Rajbari.
His body was recovered after breaking down the hotel door at noon on Monday (July 3).
According to hotel register sources, Kawsar is the son of A. Bari of Rampura area of the capital. He is a painter by profession. He rented room 409 on the 3rd floor of the hotel for work.
The manager of the hotel, Liton, said that when no response was received on Monday (August 3) morning to noon, Pangsha Police Station was informed then Sub-Inspector (SI) Mahbubul Alam came with the accompanying force and broke down the door and found Kawsar’s body hanging by the ceiling fan.
Pangsha Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Shahadat Hossain visited the spot and said the body was sent to Rajbari Hospital Morgue for autopsy.
