Hamim-Mofiz Foundation distributes Seheri, Iftar items in Cox’s Bazar

The Hamim Mofiz Foundation, a voluntary organization in Cox's Bazar, is doing various humanitarian work. Their humanitarian work has already caught the attention of the townspeople. Seheri and Iftar have been provided to the fasting people since the beginning of Ramadan on behalf of the foundation. Various food items are being given. Apart from distributing various items regularly among the helpless, street children, beggars and the destitute, financial assistance is also being provided.

Cox's Bazar District Volunteer League Publicity Secretary Hamim Mofiz Foundation Chairman Businessman Joynal Abedin said the volunteer organization undertook a month-long program at the beginning of Ramadan. The program was inaugurated by Cox's Bazar Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman and District Volunteer League General Secretary Kaisarul Haque Jewel. At the beginning of Ramadan, various food items are delivered to the houses of the helpless and poor people in different neighborhoods of Cox's Bazar city. After that, food prepared for Iftar and Sehri is distributed among about two hundred fasting people every day.

The chairman of the foundation, businessman Joynal Abedin, said, "On behalf of the foundation named after my parents, street children and poor meritorious students all year round."

Coming with cooperation. We try to help the poor and helpless people in many ways. Before Eid, Eid gifts will be distributed among the helpless poor families in different neighborhoods of Cox's Bazar town.

The chairman of the foundation said, "We are getting enough support from the administration to do these humanitarian works." In the future, there are plans to introduce scholarships for poor students from this foundation.
