Hajj pilgrims need health checkup report to get vaccination

Hajj pilgrims will need a health examination report at the time of vaccination. The health department has asked to bring some health test reports before taking vaccination from the government selected medical centers.

Reports include- Urine R/M/E, RBS, X-ray, X-ray Chest P/A View, ECG, Serum Creatinine, CBC with ESR, Blood Grouping and IH Typing. These reports must be completed within 3 months.

A circular was issued in this regard from the Hajj-1 branch of the Ministry of Religious Affairs on Sunday.

Hajj pilgrims can get vaccinations from a total of 80 healthcare and vaccination centers. The centers include - Dhaka District Medical College Hospital, Sir Salimullah Medical College (Mitford) Hospital, Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital, Kurmitola General Hospital, Combined Military Hospital, Government Employees Hospital, Fulbaria, Mugda Medical College Hospital, Central Police Hospital, Rajarbagh, Bangladesh Secretariat Clinic, Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital, Gazipur and Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital, Chittagong Medical College Hospital, Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital, Khulna Medical College Hospital, Bogra 250-bed Mohammad Ali Hospital and Dinajpur 250-bed Sadar Hospital. Besides, this vaccination can be taken from the civil surgeon office of all districts of the country.
