Every monetary budget is increasing the amount of money allocated by the government for eunuchs. However, to improve the quality of life, the Hijras along with the government have to become self-aware. Other classes of society need to build the foundation of social bonds with society. You have to try to build yourself up in a parallel way with the main stream.
