A free medical camp was organised at the premises of Sobhan Molla House of 17 No. Ward under Gohu Lakshmipur area of Faridpur municipality on Friday.
However, young businessman and social worker Md Shaon Khan took initiatives to give free medicine and treatment among the poor people of the upazila.
Dr Md Jahangir Chowdhury Titu, former Professor Faridpur Medical College and Hospital, medicine specialist Dr Farid Uddin Ahmed, intern Doctor Ashiqur Rahman, Ahmed Sourov were present and gave treatment to the poor.
Before that, prominent educationalist Prof Hafizur Rahman inaugurated the programme by cutting ribbon. At that time, social worker Delwar Hossain Surut Molla, Mukter Khan, Md Masud Parvez, Didarul Islam along with other distinguished guests were also present.
