Kidney Awareness Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS), a voluntary organization, arranged free kidney screening camp and awareness raising programme in 'Talimghar' centre of Hatibandha area of Shakhitur Upazila in Tangail district.
The eight-day camp started on February 11 and will continue till February 20th under the guidance of KAMPS Chairman and Chief Consultant, Kidney Department, Anwar Khan Modern Hospital and Medical College, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Following the programme a day-long Free Medical Camp will take place at the same venue and medicine will be will distributed free of cost among poor patients.
