The 13rd launching anniversary of Somoy Television was observed in Chuadanga following discussion meeting and cack cutting programme on Wednesday.
A discussion was held at Chuadanga Press Club Auditorium on the occasion with Mahfuz Mamun, District Correspondent of Somoy TV, in the chair.
Md. Sajjad Hossen, AC (land) of Chuadanga Sadar was present as chief guest. Rafique Rahman, Vice President of Chuadanga Press Club, Sheikh Selim, Senior Journalist, MM Alauddin, District Correspondent of Bangladesh Post and Afroza Khatun, President of District Mohila Jubo League addressed at the meeting. Journalists Rifat Rahman, Hossain Malik and Mofizur Rahman Joarder were present at the discussion.
After discussion cake cutting programme was arranged on the day. All programmes were conducted by Jaman Aktar, District Correspondent of Bangladesh Protidin.
