A fire broke out at a tin-shed house in Ashulia of Savar, on the outskirts of the capital on Saturday. However, no causalities were reported in this incident but 7 room of the house were burnt. Jahangir Alam, Senior Station Commander of DEPZ fire service confirmed the matter to the Bangladesh Post.
The official said, “The incident took place around 12.00pm at Pallibidyut area of Ashulia in Savar on Saturday. On information, two of fire service team rushed to the spot and could bring the fire under control after an hour’s effort. “The extent of the damage and how the fire started will be known after investigation”, Jahangir added.
