According to a report published in this daily, the disbursement of loan for the cottage, micro, small and medium enterprise sector increased by 65.03 per cent as the government relaxed classification and provisioning rules for these businesses. As a result of the loan disbursed the agricultural credit has increased by 30.25 per cent.
