Faria returns from Kolkata to shoot song

Dhallywood popular model turned actress Nusraat Faria Mazhar returned from Kolkata after finishing the dubbing of director Raja Chanda’s upcoming film titled ‘Bhoy’, opposite Tollywood actor Ankush Hazra on Wednesday Aug 24.

About visiting Kolkata Nusraat said, 'Kolkata is very close like Dhaka. I am working on several projects there. The film ‘Rockstar’ with Yash Dasgupta is awaiting release. A few more films are in the works. I will talk about the films when the right time comes.'

After returning from Kolkata, the actress is participating in the shooting of a romantic song from director Dipankar Dipon’s film titled 'Operation Sundarban' in Bandarban on Sunday Aug 28 after resting for three days. It is learnt that Kolkata’s Amlan Chakraborty has composed the song and Baba Yadav one of the choreographers from Kolkata will do the choreography of the song. Actor Siam Ahmed will also participate in the shooting with Faria.

Regarding the context Faria said, 'I heard the song a long time ago. I also practiced for the music video for a long time. The shooting was supposed to happen in the middle but it was not done due to various reasons. The shooting of the song will take three days. I have worked with Baba Yadav several times before. He works very carefully. Usually, romantic songs are shot in one or two days, but he wants to do the work with time. I believe that the audience will enjoy the song very much.'

The film 'Operation Sundarban' will release on September 23. The trailer of the movie was released in Cox's Bazar a few days ago. The audience loved the trailer. Filmmakers hope that this film will also continue the commercial success of films like 'Poran' and 'Hawa'. Faria also thinks the same.

 He said, 'At the beginning of Corona, many movies did not see the face of profit. But now that situation is slowly changing. In the last few films, the audience has returned to the theatres. Apart from that, those who have seen Dipankar Dipon's film "Dhaka Attack" have been waiting for his new work for a long time. He worked on this movie with great care and time. A very big team has worked in this film as well. There has never been such a big film made on Sundarbans in Bangladesh before. Through this film, the audience will see an unseen Sundarbans.'

Apart from 'Operation Sundarban', Nusrat Faria-starrer Bangabandhu's biopic 'Mujib: Ekti Jatir Rupkotha, 'Bhoy', 'Patalghar' and several other films are awaiting release.
