‘Eastern University (EU) Facebook Live Adda’ has been successfully started. The first episode of the programme was held at the seminar hall of the university on May 7. From now on the programme will be telecast in every Tuesday from 11am to 12pm in the same place.
At the first episode- three guests Sajed Fatemi, director, Public Relationsof EU and vocal of Nakshikatha Band, Salman Haider, director of Career Service and International Office of EU and Singer Ankon Iasmen participated.
The Adda was hosted by Sohel Rana, assistant director of Office of Students Affairs and Alumni of EU.
Talk-Song-Fun were the lives of this ‘Facebook Live Adda.’ In the adda, the guests gave various directions to young people and to guide them through the crisis. At the same time how each young man can make himself/herself a potential and try to find out what he/she needs to do.
Salman emphasized on the importance of soft skill development for the university students, especially those are graduating students. He also mentioned at present the job market is really competitive. So before entering a job, the student shall prepare themselves by doing some co-curricular activities during study period.
On the other hand, Fatemi said to the youths that these young people of today are the future of the next day. Therefore, our students should be in line with social and cultural activities.
