With the financial and overall support of all the members of Konikara Expatriate Foundation financial aid was provided to 254 corona affected unemployed families including Hindu families of Konikara village under Shibpur union of Nabinagar upazila in Brahmanbaria on Tuesday.
Each family received Tk 500 as aid at the time. The director and assistant director of the organization said that the Konikara Expatriates Foundation has been paying a monthly salary of Tk 10,000 to a Hafez of Konikara Madrasa and the foundation is working for the overall infrastructure development and welfare of the people in the village and will continue to do so.
