Minister for Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed MP had a meeting with Essa Yousef Essa Alduhailan, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia. Secretary of the Ministry Dr Ahmed Munirush Salehin was present at the meeting.
The meeting was held in a very amicable atmosphere in the meeting room of the ministry at 12 noon today. During the meeting, they discussed issues related to friendly relations between the two countries, expanding Bangladesh's labor market in Saudi Arabia, sending more workers at the lowest possible migration cost in the shortest possible time, preventing middlemen in the recruitment process and other interests of Bangladeshi workers in Saudi Arabia.
Also present at the meeting were Director General of Manpower Employment and Training Bureau Md. Shahidul Alam, Additional Secretary of the Ministry Md. Abdul Quader, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Iqbal Hussain Khan, Joint Secretary of Security Services Department at Ministry of Home Affairs Md. Ziaul Haque, Administrator of Baira Md. Daudur Rahman and others.
