Ex-Home Minister gets bail in all cases

BNP Vice Chairman Air Vice Marshal (retd) Altaf Hossain Chowdhury secured bail  in the case filed in connection with the attack on the residence of the chief justice.

Now there is no bar to his release from prison as he secured in the all cases against him.

The court of Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Sultan Sohag Uddin gave this order on a bond of Tk10,000 after hearing.

His lawyer  Advocate Taherul Islam Tawhid confirmed it. 

He told that  now that there is no bar to his  release.

Earlier on October 4 last year RAB arrested former home minister  Altaf Hossain Chowdhury   from city’s  Uttara in a case filed over an attack on the chief justice’s residence on October 28
