National Integrity strategy at CU

‘Everyone should be devoted to his duties and work with sincerity’

Chattogram University (CU) Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has organized a training workshop on 'Cleanliness' for the doctors, engineers and technical officers of Chattogram University.

The meeting was held in the virtual classroom of CU Engineering Faculty on Thursday morning.  50 trainees participated in this training workshop throughout the day.

Chattogram University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Shireen Akhtar was present as chief guest in the workshop and CU Pro VC (Academic) Professor Benu Kumar Dey was present as special guest.

  The meeting was presided over by CU IQAC Director Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Mamun.  CU Public Administration Department Professor Dr. Sonia Haque spoke as an expert speaker in the workshop.  CU IQAC Additional Director Dr. Tanzina Sharmin Nipun presided over the meeting.  CU Registrar (Acting) KM Nur Ahmad delivered the welcome address on the occasion.  

Additional Director of CU IQAC Dr. Kamal Dey was also present in the training workshop.

   CU VC said that if the university is to move forward, everyone including the officers must play a responsible role.  For this, honesty, devotion, sincerity, duty and above all service mindedness are needed.  It is possible to solve even difficult problems if you approach any work with modesty and absolute tolerance in mutual behaviour, respect for the opinions of others and sincerity.

  She said that the university will definitely move forward if everyone is devoted to their duties and performs their work with sincerity.  In today's workshop, the office activities will be more dynamic through the application of the knowledge gained through the expert advice and mutual discussion and the adoption of new techniques.
