The eagerly awaited admission process for aspiring engineering students, who have successfully passed the entrance examination of the three prestigious universities under the engineering cluster, is set to commence from April 21. As per the latest notification released on Saturday (March 9), candidates who have made it to the merit list will be required to fill out the university and department selection form online starting from April 21.
Applicants must note that the admission fee for this year has been fixed at 18,500 taka. The online selection form can be accessed on the admission website beginning at 9 am on April 21, with candidates expected to indicate their university and department preferences.
It's important to highlight that candidates will have the opportunity to make changes to their information and preferences until 9 am on April 27. After this deadline, no further modifications will be permitted. Candidates are advised to retain a printed copy of the filled form for submission during the admission process.
On April 28, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, the admission procedures will be conducted simultaneously at Chuet, Quet, and Ruet centers. Candidates are required to appear at the center where they originally took the admission test and complete the necessary admission formalities.
During this process, a health examination will be conducted by the inspection committee following the verification of candidates' certificates. On the subsequent day, April 29, candidates must deposit the prescribed admission fee of Tk 18,500 at the designated bank specified by the respective university by 3 pm.
