The awareness creating training, educational and health materials were distributed among the teen-aged girls under the second term of Sammilito Palli Karmosangstha Sahayak Prokalpo at Chamta BK Union High School in Jhalakathi on Tuesday.
Around 100 of girls received educational and health materials.
Anuja Mondal, UNO, Jhalokathi Sadar Upazila was the chief guest. Special guests were Jhalokathi Sadar Upazila Palli Unnoyon Officer Mithun Mistri, Chamta B K Union High School Managing Committee President Md Nasir Uddin Talukder. Headmaster of the School Hasan Ahmed Bablu presided over the programme. Sumaiya Akhter Oishi, a student of the school also spoke in the function.
