Today's children are the future of the nation. They will lead the society and the state in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to educate children in a proper way in order to develop them as worthy citizens. That should be the goal in the light of World Children's Day 2021.

The government under the leadership of prime minister Sheikh Hasina has been adopting and implementing various laws, policies and action plans to ensure education, nutrition, protection and rights of children. Along with the government, DNCC is also working to establish children's rights and create a child-friendly environment.

We urge all, including family members, senior citizens, society and state to play their respective roles in safeguarding children rights and helping them flourish their true potentials in a friendly vibe.

We all must play our

respective roles to safeguard child rights

We know that today’s children will lead our nation in the future and we must build them up with patriotism and other necessary qualities so that we can entrust them with leadership. Therefore, it is important for us to foster them with education, compassion and love, only then they would be able to make a positive impact on the world in the coming days.

In our country, there are lots of underprivileged street children who are without education, nutrition and all other basic necessities needed for a child to prosper. These children sometimes get derailed and get involved in crimes and other unethical works due to a lack of education and money. So, it is time for the government to look after them and bring them under certain guidelines, where they will be educated and ensured a bright future ahead.
