Dhaka University (DU) authorities, on Monday, took a decision to form ‘Grievance Committee’ consisting of faculty deans and directors of Institutions in order to make an opportunity for the students to file their complaint and feedback in an easy way.
Two female teachers will be enrolled in each five-member committee, said a DU press release.
The decision came from a deans committee meeting held today with Vice- Chancellor (VC) Professor Akhtaruzzaman in the chair.
Students of the university will get an opportunity to submit their complaint and feedback about any kind of issues of the university in both written and verbal to the committee.
This initiative will also take the university one step forward in implementing the National Integrity Strategy.
With an aim to implement the Sustainable Development Goals, they also took decision to revise academic curriculum for making the graduates more skilled and efficient considering the demand of the country and nation.
