Dr. Mohammad Mohiuddin has been appointed as the director (acting) of the Public Relations Office of Jahangirnagar University. The information was given in an office order signed by JU acting registrar Rahima Kaniz on July 18. JU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Farzana Islam appointed him to the post.
Prior to joining the post of director (acting), he was the deputy director of the Public Relations Office of JU.
Earlier, in 2000 he joined the office as a senior reporter. He was promoted to assistant director in 2008 and later he was promoted to deputy director in 2014.
Expressing deep gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Mohiuddin expressed his desire to give utmost importance to the education, research and reputation of the university.
