According to a new synopsis for ‘Doctor Strange’ in the ‘Multiverse of Madness’, ‘Doctor Strange’ is revealed to be the next central Avenger. The teaser trailer follows Doctor Strange being tormented by the unforeseen consequences of unleashing the threatening multiverse, seeking help from Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme, (Benedict Wong), and Wanda Maximoff a.k.a. Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). The film will also introduce a new hero into the MCU, America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), known for her ability to open portals to any world in the multiverse.
