Daffodil International University (DIU) signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) on International Partnership Programmes with University of Evora of Portugal on 20 May at the main campus of University of Évora, Portugal.
Professor Dr Soumodip Sarkar, vice-rector, University of Évora of Portugal and Dr Masud Rana Rashel, assistant professor, Computer Science and Engineering Department of DIU signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
This MoU aims and form of co-operation on: Exchange students, exchange faculty members, exchange in research, twinning programmes and centers of excellence. Through these MoU, DIU students will get the opportunity to enjoy lot of international collaboration such as branch campuses, cross-border collaborative arrangements, Exchange of bibliographical material, publications, programmes for international students, establishing English-medium programmes and degrees.
Professor Catedrático, Departamento de Gestão, Dr Teresa Gonçalves, Professor Auxiliar, Departamento de Informática, Dr Ingrid Rügge, managing director and other high officials of University of Évora were also present at the signing ceremony.
