Narail District Mahila Awami League extended meeting was held at old bus terminal district Awami League office on Saturday noon. Bangladesh Mahila Awami League Central committee Joint General Secretary Meena Malek was present as keynote speaker at the extended meeting.Bangladesh Mahila Awami League Central Committee Organizing Secretary Jharna Barai,Mahila AL central Forest and Environment secretary Afroza Hasnat, Jashore District Mahila Awami League president Laiju Zaman, Women Awami League Leader Latifa Khanom addressed the extended meeting as special guests. Narail District Mahila Awami League president Rabeya Khanom presided over the meeting. Narail District Mahila Awami League General Secretary and Sadar Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Ismat Ara conducted the extended meeting. Jashore District Mahila Awami League Organizing Secretary Nadira Nasrin Neela, Nowshin Sultana Sumi, Publicity Secretary Romana Khanam Rikta, Satkhira District Mahila Awami League General Secretary Josna Begum. District Mahila AL vice president freedom fighter Aporna Rani Biswas,Advocate Rama Roy, District Mahila Awami League Leader District Council Member Advocate Raushan Ara Kabir Lily, Misses Rani Khanam, Nazneen Sultana Rozi, President of Lohagaraa Upazila Mahila Awami League Latifa Parveen Levy, President of Kalia Upazila Mahiila Awami League Beauty Akter among others were spoke the meeting.
Presidents and secretaries of 39 unions of Mahila Awami League in 3 upazilas and municipalities of the district attended the extended meeting.
The speakers called upon the AL leaders and workers to increase organizational activities at the grassroots level to strengthen the party.
