Discussion on historic Six-Point day held in Bogura

Various programs have been celebrated in Bogra on the occasion of the historic six-point day. National and party flags were hoisted at the party office at 8 am on Tuesday and wreaths were laid at the portraits of Bangabandhu and the national charneta. 

Later, Bogra district Awami League president Mojibur Rahman Majnu presided over the discussion at the party office. District Awami League general secretary Ragebul Ahsan Ripu, district Awami League leader T Zaman Niketa, Pradeep Kumar Roy, AKM Asadur Rahman Dulu, Ed. Tabibur Rahman Tabi, add. Zakir Hossain Nawab, Principal Shahadat Alam Jhunu, Sultan Mahmud Khan Rony, Abdullah Al Razi Jewel, Adv. Shafiqul Islam Akkas, Nasrin Rahman Seema, Bir Muktijoddha Anisuzzaman Mintu, Mashrafe Hero, Anwar Parvez Ruban, SM Shahjahan, Zahurul Haque Bulbul, Khalequzzaman Raja, Abu Selim, Principal Shahidul Islam Dulu, Adv. Shafiqul Islam Nafru, Imran Hossain Ribon, Kamrul Huda Ujjal, Gautam Kumar Das, Hefazat Ara Meera, Abdus Salam, Kamrul Morshed Apel, Aminul Islam Dablu, Sabrina Pinki Sarkar, Rashekuzzaman Rajan, Sabbir Ahmed and other members of the organization were present. 

The speakers said that the historic six points were the certificate of liberation of the Bengali nation. The path of freedom struggle of this nation was paved on the basis of six points. The only one of these six points was the 'Independence of the Bengali Nation'. It was on the basis of these six points that the Awami League won the elections of 1970 and the great independence of Bangladesh was achieved. That is why the significance of the historical six points is very important in the life of the Bengali nation.
