Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni MP has said that younger students must cherish the spirit and ideals of t Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. She said this while speaking at the inauguration of the Bangabandhu Academic Building at Bogura Police Lines School and College marking ‘Mujib Barsho’ on Saturday morning.
Dipu Moni said that the students must prepare themselves to serve the people and the nation in future. All the students must grow up holding the ideals of Bangabandhu in their heart only then will the country move forward towards prosperity. The commitment of improving the quality of education that the present government made will be implemented at all levels. She urged all to work unitedly under the capable leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to build a better Bangladesh.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bogura Fayez Ahmed and District Awami League President Mujibur Rahman Majnu spoke at the programme, among others, with Police Superintendent Arifur Rahman Mondal in the chair. Later, Dr Dipu Moni attended the golden jubilee and reunion of Syed Ahmed College as the chief guest at Sukhanpur in Gbtali upazila of Bogura.
