The Dhaka International FolkFest, Asia's largest folk music festival, is back after a four-year break.
Organized by Sun Communication, the sixth edition will take place from January 23 to 25 at the Army Stadium.
First launched in 2015, the festival featured 500 artists from 17 countries. It continued in subsequent years but was paused in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The festival promises to showcase incredible musical talent, bringing together folk artists from around the world on one stage. While the lineup has not yet been announced, fans are excited and hopeful for fresh, new performers this year.
